Who we are
brainwash.live is run by Ravenspot Inc., which produces Brainwash events in Atlanta.
What we collect
Text club: your mobile number, first name if you give it, and a record of your consent (the time you signed up, the page and the consent wording). Contact form: your name, email and message. Tickets are sold through Shotgun, which handles payment and ticket data under its own privacy policy.
How we use it
To send the texts you signed up for, to answer your messages, and to run our events. We don't use your number for anything else.
Sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We use service providers only to run the site and send messages (Twilio for texts, Web3Forms for the contact form, Vercel for hosting); they process data on our behalf only. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Your choices
Reply STOP to any text to stop messages. To have your number or other data deleted, email brainwash.techno0@gmail.com. See the SMS Terms for details on the text club.
Keeping it safe
Your number is stored with our messaging provider and is visible only to the Brainwash team. We keep it until you opt out or ask us to delete it.
Age
Our events and text club are for adults (18+ unless stated otherwise). We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page.
